Life is hectic. Your time is precious. I know you love your puppy, but I bet you're not interested in becoming a part-time dog trainer! I get it. Leave some of the initial heavy lifting to a certified professional dog trainer so you can confidently check "start puppy training" off of your to-do list.
During a puppy board & train program, your puppy will live with me in my home, learn the following introductory life skills, gain socialization experiences, receive individual care as the only guest, and enjoy unlimited cuddles. Each program is a minimum of 7 days and covers the following basics:

Name game

Hand targeting

Leave it

Impulse control with play

Settling on a mat or bed

Socialization outings

Eligibility
✔︎ Must be 10-16 weeks old at the start of the board & train program
✔︎ Must be comfortable in a crate or other confined area
✔︎ Must happily interact with me
✔︎ Additional requirements determined on a case-by-case basis

Puppy Board & Train Assessment
After you complete the request form below, I'll get in touch about booking the 30-minute assessment and planning meeting at my home (located in 60646). During this meeting, your puppy will have an opportunity to build positive associations with me while you and I discuss your puppy and my plan for training. We'll decide together if it's a good fit, and if so, book the board & train program!

Puppy Board & Train Program
Your puppy will live in my home, be cared for like family, and have a blast while learning! Each program includes structured training sessions, informal training in everyday life, play and other enrichment opportunities, purposeful rest breaks, and unlimited cuddles. I'll send regular updates with photos or videos throughout the program.

​Transfer Session
When you pick your puppy up on the last day of the program, I'll hand-off the new skills to you and teach you how to maintain them going forward. You'll also get written and/or video instructions. This transfer session at pick-up is approximately 45 minutes.

Puppy board & train programs are only for the skills and ages described above. If you have different board & train goals or if your puppy is older, please submit a request form for a Behavior Board & Train program.
